We do not provide refunds for change of mind. However if you contact us and return the item within the first 5 days, you can exchange the product for another item or store credit.

The product must be unopened and in the original purchase condition including all packaging. Please contact us for return delivery address.

After the first 5 days, all sales become final.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are not happy with the condition of the flowers that have been delivered to you, please take photos as soon as possible and give us a call and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered.
